Prior years un-linked Owners Manuals PDFs?

I see that the 2008 MY owners manual online is in a single file, and states it will be maintained that way until the end of the model year, at which point it will become one of the linked file formats.
I dislike the linked variety, as it doesn't work in kpdf in Linux. Even when all the files are local.
Does anyone have an archived copy of the earlier manuals, say 2005, 2006, 2007, in a single file?

ˇMuchas gracias! That helps me at work (Red Hat Linux workstation). Still interested in a 2006 unlinked manual if someone has it, but the urgency has abated.
