Price check on Aisle 5

OK, I've decided on a Red/Ebony AT manual transmission to replace my wife's wrecked car. (FREAKING repair shop put it back together sideways, the front fenders are going in different directions...sorry...that's another gripe ).

Anyway, Westchester Acura in PA can get the car in two weeks. I am paying cash/no trade/easy deal. Is 25,500 possible? Ardmore Acura already quoted me 26,150 without any negotiation.

I think it would be tough to get that low. I got mine last week for $25950. I had to use a quote from one dealership to get that price at the dealership I bought it from. The dealership I bought the car from gave me $500 below MSRP and the salesperson gave me the "you're lucky you got that online, we don't break on pricing" line. I guess it depends on your area but $26150 is a fair price. Maybe have them throw in some stuff.

Hey Toneyjoh, I bought mine from West Chester Acura in Dec, so far I've had only good things to say about their service department. Going in on the 17th for a rattle fix and alignment check. If your talking about a few hunder dollars difference, I'd say go for the one that's more convienent for you to go to. I can't speak for ardmores service either, but West Chester has been a good experience for me, I can refer you to my sales guy if you like, PM me if your interested and we can split the referral fee.

Ardmore Acura tends to provide their base price first and negotiate very little, but I had an excellent experience working with them on a lease deal. You might try Metro Acura; some folks on this site have had good experiences with them, and they are closer to Wilmington, being just off the PIA "campus"

OUR NEW TSX WAS BUILT TODAY...many, many miles away.
My wife wanted the red one, so we opted to wait for it to be built. I kinda chickened out on 25,500 so I offered 25,800 take it or leave it. They took it, no arguements. Excellent and professional to deal with (so far). The whole deal was over the phone. Should have gone for the 300 less, oh well. Triton...I'll send you a PM about the referral fee.
