Preventative Maintenance (Reliability)?

2004 TSX 6MT has been in the family since new, coming up on 200K. Largely do my own maintenance, it's in very good shape, and all the usual scheduled mx is up to date.

I was wondering at the 200K mark what parts are likely to be a reliability issue? Radiator, thermostat, and water pump are fairly obvious. Maybe coil packs?

Reason I ask, I drive about 120 miles to work, once a week. If I break down and don't show up it will cost me as much as $10K (they'll immediately call somebody else in to cover it). Something that might be a nuisance mechanical issue for a local commuter is a bigger issue for me, so I'm willing to drop some coin in advance to not break down.

What other items come to mind that might just strand my arse with no warning?

Thanks!
