Hello,
Please update the poll if you reported your rattles to Acura Client Services USA or Canada. The USA people claim that they have no reports of rattles. Can this be true?

Their statement is most likely technically correct.
I've personally called them up and they played stupid. Ever dealership I have called knows about the rattles.
The key to unlocking this riddle is that when you call... they most likely enter your complaint into a computer program. This program has lots of categories from everything from engine problems to complaints about your gas mileage. Most likely there is no category for RATTLES... so it is categorized as OTHER.

not really a rattle but a clicking noise as something obove my head makes noise. plus the right front speaker. took car in to dealer, left it for a few days while i travelled. bozos wrote on the service record that the speaker noise was due to poor quality downloaded CD. bullshit. also had original CDs in deck they obviously didn't try. so, 2 problems identified, neither fixed.
