Please help! Just got a TSX... but ran into a snag: NJ auto insurance!!!!!
Well... I'm hoping for a little help here.
I just signed and purchased a new PWP auto with navi, for pick up on Monday. Got it for a great deal ($27K) at Acura of Manhattan.
The problem is: I can't drive the car out of the lot without insurance! Since I just moved to NJ, I still need to get NJ insurance. I'm currently covered (on my current Jeep which is being traded-in) through a CA insurer. The problem is, since I'm now in Jersey, I can't just switch and get my new TSX covered. Getting standard insurance in NJ takes like 3 weeks!
What do I do!!!?!?!?! Please HELP!! Can I get temporary insurance somewhere? Anyone have any thoughts? I really don't want to have to wait that long.

NJ Cure is a good insurance company but I believed they are close on the weekends. You deal directly with the company, no agents. You might have to see a local agent in your area, like Allstate, Liberty Mutual, etc. They can give you temp insurance card but you have to pay a percent up front and it's not cheap. They need your VIN number. Good luck.

Thanks guys. Guess I'll start with Liberty Mutual and Allstate to try and get something temporary. Hope that'll work while I wait for complete insurance. Guess I won't get a chance until monday though.
Edit: TSXGeek: I'll try to get NJM (New Jersey Manufacturer's Insurance) since I hear they're really good.
