I searched and did not find what I was looking for. Anyone have pics of a PWP w/ 35% platinum Llumar tint? Found charcoal pics, and platinum on a silver car but not on white. Getting the wife's car tinted on Friday and can't decide which color to go with. TIA!

I'm pretty sure I don't have that kind of tint since mine was done by the dealership before I bought the car. I'm sure its 35% tint and I have a PWP so it might give you an insight to how it'll look... I'll post a couple pics later today for you.

I am pretty sure its 35% because its whats legal here in Texas. It was done by a local shop that I'm guessing the dealership had a contract through. It sucks that they sorta dented my leather in the rear seat but its pretty minor so I didn't make a fuss about it.

What do you mean dented? Like a knee print? Hmm... i woudln't worry. I think that'll eventually settle back into itself. Leather is weird like that.

If it weren't for the dealership already including it in the price...I would have gone with formula one or some other brand. Thanks for the compliment. Atleast I have lifetime warranty...atleast the lifetime of the dealership / tint shop...

Looks like John Eagle.

I think they contract out with someplace called Sunbeam or Sunbelt or something.

Yeah it is John Eagle. I kind of wish we went to another dealership since John Eagle is pretty far from my parents house and my apt. If it weren't for our salesman we would have gone else where already.

Just a word of advice for DiamondJoeQuimby, if the car has navi, make sure the tint isn't metallic based because the GPS signal will be interupted if it is. I'm not quite sure if any of the types of Llumar tint you mentioned is metallic based or not. I just wanted to mention it in case you haven't read about it yet...
