Trust me when I tell you this is what you need. I used to work for this company and I'm in the furniture business, this is the best leather product on the market.

I would try any auto leather cleaner. (auto supply store..or failing that leather furniture cleaner). I agree that the quicker you get to work on it the easier to remove the mark. I got a 4 inch ball point pen mark on our tan leather couch. I tried warm water and this was no use and then got out the leather cleaner and it came right off.

I've used alcohol on leather in my mom's A6 after 2 days and it worked fine. Water and soap is another good idea.

Try local furniture stores and see if any are a dealer in leather master. If not, go to an automotive store. I dunno what to tell you.

i went everywhere today alot of car places like canadian tire and lordco for those in BC. none of them have it.they said that they have stuff that would remove the pen marks but also damage the leather too, which they highly do not recommend. they recommended me to go to a car detailing place to get it done... 40$. im still thinking is it worth it and still trying to discover alternatives.

40$ for removing a pen mark? That sounds out of control but if you talk them down to something reasonable then I think they would do it and there are some car washes that will do it out of generousity. So good luck.
