Question Parchment Interior

Hello All! First time poster and I could use some feedback.

I am considering the 2005 TSX, Premium White Pearl and Parchment leather. I looked at one today and she is stunning! My only concern is the wear and tear--how does the parchment interior hold up? I have owned cars with either dark gray or black interior and I am nervous about purchasing such a light color. Can anyone share his/her experience with the parchment leather? Does it get dirty quickly? (Rumor has it that blue jeans tend to leave dye on parchment seats. Who knows? !) Thanks in advance for your reply.

my jeans do leave a little bit of dye on the seat. But it comes off pretty easily and shouldn't be a problem with regular cleaning. The carpet mats show dirt quickly. I've given up trying to vacuum them all the time. I think I'll get a set of black mats when these wear out (seen a pic and it looks pretty nice with the parchment interior). The plastic trim pieces pick up scuff marks, especially the one under the drivers seat. Again, easy enough to clean and not a problem if you clean regularly. The leather wears the same regardless of color. Still, I like the color combo the best and wouldn't have it any other way.

Parchment does not show dust nearly as bad as ebony, but shows wear in high traffic areas quicker. My parchment interior has held up well for the past 2 years and I live in the midwest where it's dusty and snows. The carpets are impossible to keep clean, and i knew that from the beginning, so I got clear all weather mats to keep the same "light" look. So far so good.
