23 or 24k for an 04 is ridiculous...
Bob Howard in OKC had one with 54k miles for 18,999...seems like a reasonable price.

One more thing a small town in Texas called "Frisco" dunno where it is, had a TSX for sale at a buick dealership. They were asking 20,999 for one with 31k miles, 6 speed...dunno about navi.

I think that location plays a role in that as well though too. For example, in and around chicago, any TSX regardless of tranny or navi or not with 31k miles isn't listed for 20,999. The lowest I have seen recently is a 2004 TSX black on black with navi list for 23,500. Of course you negociate down, however I think that the list prices in certain areas is higher than others...
