Yes i know most of the TSX community hates the bra and some say that it will even damage your paint!

But im going out of town on friday, about 800-1000 miles round trip and the TSX is making the trip this time instead of the TL. I used the OEM bra on the TL for many trips like this and its been nothing but perfect and hasnt messed up the paint at all. Actually im not even sure how it could if you follow these simple rules, take it off when its wet and dont leave it on for super long periods of time.

Anyway, i did a search to find a TSX with the OEM bra on but no luck, if anybody has one, could you post it up? i want to see how hideous it will look.

I would like to get the clear bra but 500-600 bucks for it? i'll pass, the 150 mask will be fine for my needs.

It has a lifetime warranty against tears and discoloration so you get what you pay for. Its definitely not cheap.

After owning one and seeing how much it helps cut down on chips, I'm sold on them.

I have the clear bra on my TSX and will NEVER buy another car without the clear bra. Never been much of a fan of the leather bras but if you want it for your car, go for it. Enjoy the new TSX!

just curious how easy is it to put on the leather nose mask?

how about cleaning and take it off?

The mask is good for long road trips...I'd get one if I went on trips more often.

I must be one of the lucky ones...my front end has hit alot of rocks, and there are almost no chips there (clear bra would have been a waste of money). The only paint problems I have is when someone either hit my car super hard with their car door or shot my car with a BB gun, and when some retarded maintenance guys standing on top of the carport roof decided to drop some branches (the branches did some nice scrapes across the top of my trunk)

G/f got home late so i just finished putting it on took about 30 mins and it is a BITCH! The piece that goes on the hood is too dang snug, you have to literally stretch it out to make it fit. The bottom piece fits very snug too but its not as bad as the hood piece. Overall i am very pleased with it, it actually looks good! We leave on our road trip tomorrow so it will be nice to know that i wont get any rock chips or super huge bugs to mess up the paint.
