Oil type in 04 TSX?

I have a 04 TSX with almost 100,000 miles on it. Should I switch to synthetic oil or stick with regular dino?

I've been using synthetic since the dealer did the one and only oil change on my car....100,000 miles ago. What ever you can afford.
