is this normal for front fender to stick out farther than headlight, as if heatlight was pushed in?

Im not sure what you're getting at. The pic you posted looks OK to me.

Yes, I know what you're talking about. The quarter panel and the hood meet each other just a little bit ahead of the headlight, not quite flush.

ie: Yes, normal.

well i was wondering about that when i first bough this car, and i figure that it was the style of it and i see that all other TSX is like that.......so i assume this is normal!
