Mods please keep this in the tsx section
Well I bumped the thread from 2006 meet thread that seemed rather successful, got locked almost immediately after..

I've had the tsx for close to 3 years now, and I've only met 2 other tsx owners in person. I see a few modded tsx's every so often, but never find them on this forum.

With the All-Cali Pismo Beach July 26th meet a good two months away... I figure a June TSX meet would be cool to have. Oh, and it'd be coo if some of you guys can go too to represent! TSX's currently being the least represented... (As usual... )

From past experiences, Saturday/Sundays seems to be the most appropriate dates for a meet. I'm thinking either June 21 (Sat) or June 22 (Sun)

Locations; looking at either...
A) San Leandro Marina
B) Alameda Air Force Base
C) Some park at the end of Powell st. of Emeryville (Bay/Bridge view)
D) San Francisco Ocean Beach

if SF we could probably do a cruise.. the other 3 doesn't exercise great options for a cruise..
Where was that last one at?


Honestly I'm not TOOO enthusiastic about this meet... knowing how tsx turn-outs usually are in the meets I've been to.. doesn't seem like much, but the pix from the last one seemed promising..
Till there's some interest is shown, then I'll further push this meet and make it work.

Hey Wong I am down for a meet and it looks like the best looks like either Emeryville or San Leandro. I would be able to go to the meet either one of those days. The last Bay Area TSX meet that I went to was in Fremont on 8/12/06. I tried to set up a meet last year with a couple of Bay Area TSX'ers but it all fell apart since last year we had problems when part of the maze over at Emeryville got closed. Hopefully this year we could make it happen even if its only a few of us. As of matter a fact we should start a list of people that can attend.

i got a hook up at sanleandro marina. My godfather is a harbor master there so i may be able to get a hook up on renting out one of the "Yacht" clubs. I'm in walnut creek. i'd be down to attend assuming i still have the car. it's becoming a pain in my butt lately and i'm getting a bit annoyed by it.

Dang, I'm going to be on vacation with my friends that weekend. We're renting a beachhouse on the coast. Otherwise, I would be down. I've been dating a girl from San Leandro, so I'm actually out by the San Leandro Marina all the time.
