No start, no run...

No start, no run...
Greetings folks, ima just just right into it. My TSX had been down for a number of months because of a combination of lack of funds, poor weather, and good ole American laziness... but anyway, after finally finishing replacing the clutch, installing LSD, RL Brake calipers, struts springs, and fluids, I try and start the car back up to bleed the coolant system, with the front end of the car jacked up. I was able to start the car, in neutral, but after releasing the clutch the car cuts off (kinda like it stalled as if it was in gear). This happened for 2 or 3 times then it stopped cranking, because the battery was near dead. After fully charging the battery for a couple hours on a tender, i tried to start the car up again, this time, it cranks but doesn't run. I notice the CEL but when I plug on my scan tool it says it cannot connect (it's not the scan tool bcuz I checked it on my truck and it pulled codes). Also the immobilizer light (green key) is flashing... so I kinda have a feeling it's an immobilizer issue, but not too sure what, but I also need to know what's the stalling issue to. Help a brother out

Update:
I couldn't delve to deeply into it, but so far it starts intermittently. But when it does, it still cut off when I let off the clutch, like it's stalling out. When the car is in neutral, try to turn the wheels by hand, but they move like the brake is engaged, and when in gear, they don't move at all

Well... I mean, you replaced the clutch and the LSD... and now when you let in the clutch, the car stalls... and the wheels don't LS like they should...
If I were you, I'd be assuming I'd put something together wrong and be taking it apart and putting it back together; maybe swapping some of the old parts back on, etc.

I actually figured it out. It was actually the front speed sensor. The sensor was too long, and when I tightened it into to the trans, it was mashed against whatever gear it gets it's reading from
