After weeks of planning,shopping,lerking in forums I'm now driving a new TSX.

All my buying strategies kinda went out the window when the dealer new I was hooked on the CG/Ebony color and my emotions took over - I had to have it

Did not save what I intended but they offered me 60 months 0% interest with no down payment (Memorial Day weekend special)so I'll save a lot of interest expense.

My wife and I love the car, and that counts the most

The 0% was emailed to me by their internet salesman. It was sponsored by Honda/Acura and is only available through June 1 and only for on site inventory. Not sure if this is a individual dealership thing or not, my Honda dealer was offering 36 month 0 % the same weekend.

I'm not sure if they were playing me or not; but the carbon gray car they said was there; was just sold before I arrived. They offered me a deal on my color for one that was being shipped but would have to charge more to "buy back the 0% interest" I was leaving and said I might be back in a couple of months (thats when I really need the car)
Lo and behold they found a carbon gray in the back of the lot and sold it to me a lot closer to my price.

 

Hmm ...

could be a game
or they want secure your buy at better price for them
I mean the next month they would get better price from Acura, where your price tag is fixed.
