The New Navi DVD!

Gotcha!

Has anyone with a pre- '06 TSX purchased the new updated Navi DVD? Mine is still running the 9/2003 version. If the answer is then have you noticed a lot of upgrades? Not just updated streets, but possibly a visual quality upgrade? Re: Different graphics, Brighter Colors, HD Quality, Real-Time Video.

Oh, and did anyone ever figure out a mod to avoid purchasing the new DVD?
(man... what a cheap skate this guy! )

Thanks!

seeing as you're from that neck of the wood...
rant-on
I was in DC last week...boy was I pissed with the Navi, it was nearly USELESS in a big chunk of north-west DC, fawking "Not a digitized road" - i was going all over the place trying to hit a "digitized road"
Try it and see what I mean, go from Watergate, head up north thru the zoo & park, that entire scenic area plus big chunk of residential areas are unmapped.

He can try a google search. I did that a few weeks ago a came up with some interesting info. I didn't save or write down any info, so I'm worthless to him.

I know what you mean. The ending of april I was on my way to virginia beach. While driving thru Dover on the 13 south, there were so many times the navi was telling me there was no road that I was on. If I hadn't driven to VA before I would have surely driven around killing time to find the roads the navi understood.

I'll agree with you there... that phreakin' stretch of road is like the bermuda triangle.

"What do you mean not on a digitized road?!" "I'm on a road going who knows where... don't you EFFING tell me I'm not on a digitized road!"

Yeah... that's frustrating at times. :angryfire
