Need help depinning the coil pack connector

Need help depinning the coil pack connector
Have a 2006 TSX and three of my four coil pack connectors broke while changing the spark plugs. I bought replacement connectors. See photo.
The three broken connectors where broken so bad they crumbled apart and the pins exposed and cane be easily reinserted. I can’t get the number 4 connecter apart. I can’t figure out how to get that blue cap off. Already broke one jewel screwdriver thinking I was pushing the tab. Once that blue cap is off the pins will come out easy. Does anyone know how to depin this thing?
