I was searching around to find out why I could only put 13 gallons of gas in a 17 gallon tank after the low gas indicator came on, and ran across several posts mentioning a "debug" mode for the navi that shows things like GPS satellites and the amount of gas in the tank. I don't remember seeing any reference to this in the owner's manuals, and a search on "debug" didn't come up with an explanation of how to get to these screens. So, how does one invoke the "debug" mode on the TSX navi? Or just another name for a common display?

I think you are referring to the Diagnostics mode as described in this post.

I don't think it will tell you how many gallons you have as I haven't entered the diagnostics mode myself. But the Navi does have the Advanced Trip Computer which tells you how many miles you have left and based on past discussion I believe the light comes on when you have apprx. 4 gallons left.

I did find a screen in the diagnostics mode that shows how many gallons of gas are in the tank. It is under Functional Setup -> Trip Computer.
