Angry My one major complaint - the LOCKS

So, who else has had the bottom part of their upper arm JABBED by the unusually long, portruding door lock button whenever they go to rest their arm on the door sill with the window down???

Does anyone know if there are alternative locks you can install, preferably from the dealer? Is anyone else having this problem?

Considering this is my only "major" problem, you can tell how much I like this car!

This has been an annoying problem since 99. The CL, 1st gen at least, had the button on the inside of the door panel.

I'll definately, agree- it is poor design, and it sucks when you first get your car....
But after driving the car for six months, i havent gotten 'bitten' by the locks once.. you naturally adjust your positioning, and it doesnt bother you at all...

I agree also, it is a poor design. But I wouldn't call it a major complaint.
