My Latest Lease #'s on TSX, 325i, IS300
#43
Whatever numbers you get today will be outdated in 2 months when the new IS comes out and the 06 TSX will be available. You'll probably get a pretty good deal on a leftover 05 TSX or IS but at this point buying an IS regardless of deal doesn't make sense unless you really like the car.

All of these leases are 36 months, 12k/yr on vehicles WITH Automatic Transmission & WITHOUT Navi.
TSX
MSRP = $26,990
$2,500 total down, $354/mo
Lexus IS300 - Leather Package with everything TSX has.
MSRP = $33,797
$3,500 total down, $439/mo
BMW 325i - Leatherette - Power Seats - Heated Seats - Moonroof
MSRP = $32,790
$3,500 total down, $371/mo
I assume that you know everything that is included with the TSX. The Lexus and BMW have a lot more options you can add/subtract, so that is the reason things are listed out.
I have fully ruled out the Lexus, it has the smallest back seat and thier pricing is through the roof. The TSX makes the most sense, but I hate the fact that I am leasing off of straight MSRP and they won't bargain because they don't have to at this point. Every dealer only has about 4 coming each month and Carbon is obviously the most popular color. I know if I waited until April, the hype will be over and they will be $299/mo.
The BMW is only priced this low because they are clearing them out for the 2004's. This same car was leasing for $450 about 10 months ago...
Unbiased thoughts?

plus the IS300 is in for a redesign...they are plenty in stock and dealers will deal in order to move them

the lowest i got is 31,000 OTD(that's like 29,000??)......they wouldn't accept the first time
they called back like 3 weeks later.......
I think that's pretty much the lowest they'll go tho
I am in houston TX.........maybe S Cal might get lower price
Lexus's sales is def. nicer than Acura's.....at least they got better office

There's a big difference here. We're not talking about installing a CAI, we're talking prices which 2 years later are no longer applicable.

I think when my mom was leasing an Odyssey in May 2003 they had a promotion on for 3.9%apr. Do you think this was a deal or should I get her to go back and haggle for a rebate? Maybe if the rates are higher today she could go in and get them to do a price match! Anyone know what the Sienna's were leasing for back then?

I went to a Lexus dealer today to see if they are giving out deals on the 05 IS300..
Basically the breakdown was..
Price, $28,880
Down Total Out of pocket - $1500
Total Payment including Tax - $392.01
Residual after 3 Years and 36K Miles - $17,897
Good deal or not? Any color combo I want on their lot (They have a bunch) without NAV!

Considering you'll probably be able to get a base IS250 for that much I'm not sure that makes sense. If they have that many on the lot, the deal will only get sweeter as the October 1 debut of the new IS approaches. It all depends on how much you like the current IS over the new one.
