Traffic Lawyer

Get a traffice laywer
I have one. He charges 150 to go to court with me. I do NO talking. I'll tell you, it's a scam but takes off presure. The lawyers all talk to the judges helper about 10 minutes before they get in there. Work out a deal.

I always have to still pay the ticket but only go on supervision for 30 days and they DO NOT tell your insurance (unless you get another ticket within the 30 days).

The fact it, radar guns do and can make mistakes (even though you were doing that speed). The lawyers no how to prove it, the judges don't want to hear about it anymore so they just let you go with a little fine and supervision.

Why, because there is about 60 other people in the room and they do this 3 to 4 times a day, 5 days a week. Just not worth their time.

I get two tickets a year....Always

Best 150 I have spent. Once doing 75 in a 35. Just a couple weeks ago doing 58 in a 35. and so on.

BTW, if you live in NY and get a ticket out of state, the points are not transfered to your record and your insurance rates will most likely not go up. All you have to do is pay the fine, which will most likely be substantial ($200-300)

"Out-of-state traffic violations: Except for Ontario and Quebec, points are not added to your NYS driver record if you commit an out-of-state traffic violation. Points can appear on your NYS driver record if you commit a traffic violation in Ontario or Quebec."

This should be in the ramblings section of OT since it's not specific to the TSX: https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/
