The sales manager called me because I ripped on the salesman when corporate called. He asked what he could do to make me happy. I said nothing will make me happy, but he could get me the newest Navi dvd. He called a day later and said I have the newest version. I know from other threads that its bullshit. So I am going to call them on it so they know that I know that they are liars.

It won't help you to take that approach with them. As for the Navi version, just check the version code on it before you go off on them. Check what your version code is in your setup screen, and then ask them what it is on the disc that they say they have. Then go from there. Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions. Wait until after they prove themselves (whether right or wrong). Like it was said above, a dealer will just go back to their business if you are so short with them. Try to be the bigger man on this one. There is nothing to be gained from bringing yourself down to that level.

I do not have the newest version. Looking at the most recent thread in refcerence to this issue proves it, unless the thread is not accurate that shows what they believe is the newest version. Getting back to the point I was trying to make. They know I am unhappy and they still lied to me. Not a good way to start.

The DVD navi ships with the TSX. It's not something the dealer puts in afterwards. Why do you check what version you have and let us know, so we can give you an opinion. When did you buy the car and what is the last 5 digits of your vin?
