My CG 6mt/navi got rearended!!!!

OMG i almost cried after i heard that bumper crumpled....
i was coming to a stop at a redlight and then this dumb b*tch just didn't paying attention or sth she just crashed into me WITHOUT braking at all, well i assumed cuz i didn't heard any tires screaching at all. anyway her car was mercury sable back from the 80s. well we got out talked for a while and i realize it's going nowhere cuz she doesn't have insurance, driving license. actually after the accident she attemp to run but i managed to cut her off. well we talk and she was asking to use my phone to call her house so i let her then i went to read her license. after that i went to my car and call the cops again she ran away!!! talk about stupid??? i mean i got her number and plates!!!
anyway things will get settled but my car won't
it seems that chassis twisted a bit. the bumper is gone along with exhaust.

Very sorry to hear about that. :'( Run her plates by your insurance company and see what they say. Edit: and what did the police say?

bad drivers...and if you ARE a bad driver, the least you could do is get some insurance.

Her lack of insurance may or may not be a problem. (I expect these things vary by state). Here in Georgia you can carry (Un/Under) Insured Motor Vehicle coverage which will pay for an accident caused by an uninsured motorist.

Sorry to hear about your collision!

I've been rear-ended a number of times. The neck muscles can be very uncomfortable and make your head feel like it's had a waay bad hangover--for several weeks!

So the insurance is going to pay full value rather than have the problem fixed? Good grief that's amazing that they would total it.

Regarding the uninsured, undocumented driver, NEVER let them get away with it!!! In my state, running away from the scene is a felony. It would be interesting how many other crimes and victims there are because of that person.

Good for you that you have plates and some ID.

in CA if someone causes an accident on a public street or highway and they don't have enough insurance to cover it... you can have their license suspended until they pay up.

a nice young man on the west side of Los Angeles has made all my TSX payments so far and will continue to do so until mid-2004.

Make sure she pays! Please! It's for all those uninsured motorist out there and for the rest of us that actually pay for insurrance. I can't believe she STILL ran away. What an idiot! She deserves to be put in jail or some other part of the earth where she can't spread her stupidity. She should be sterilized too for she won't breed peoples like herself.

Edit: Pictures?
