Alright, I'm just wondering if anyone has mobile guardian on their spankin brand new TSX because the Acura Dealer tried to sell it to me when i was gettin' the car, and it sounded like a crazy cool technology =D

Check it out....... you can basically access a specialized website /w an account just for you, and basically track you car through GPS, monitor your car's position, and shutdown your car whenever you feel like it. Its pretty crazy especially if you park in some really messed up location, and you don't want your car to get jacked, or if it does get jacked, you'll know where it is... and I guess since you know, the cops will know as well. Basically its an upgraded version of lojack, that seems awesome as hell =). If anyones got it, I wanna know more about it, so =)

I've heard about it. When my mom (in CA) bought her 06 TSX, the dealer was promoting it. I had inquired about it on the forum (i.e. Mobile Guardian vs Lojack) but no one responded. It looks like there are lot of places that could install it in CA, but I only found 1 in the entire state of NJ. I was wondering if any one else has heard about it or considered it too? It sounds interesting, but does it work well?

Well they dont advertise the price of lojack as well, and its not so expensive people can't afford it =.= If the price is around the same as Lojack, or even lower, I think this system could be pretty useful..... much better than the jack especially when you yourself can get the location instead of waiting for the cops to get to your car or just prevent the whole thing from happening by disabling the car the moment you park in some place where your car might get jacked

ROFL yeah virus, the guy ur talkin to has a supercharged tsx a much too rare specimen =) im thinkin that cost a pretty penny, and he wants to make sure that thing doesn't get jacked

I was just asking the price so I can determine whether or not it would be worth it. I already have an aftermarket alarm, trunk monkey, and some other things to help protect the ride :wink:

Edit: Just read your post again. So it's the same price or even a little cheaper than lojack? How much does Lojack cost?

Nope, I've never had this priced because noone has it, and the price isn't shown on the website. I'm just checkin if anyone on this board has the system, and it seems like noone has one
