minipc for tsx 04
Hi, I have a project in my for my tsx 04. I have a desktop pc sitting in my close and I was thinking about using it to built a mini pc for the car. My questions is can I use a M4-ATX 250W wide input Automotive PSU to power it? the pc is nothing fancy, but I figured that for the car it would be ok. Some if someone have an answer for this question please help me.

a 250W Automotive PSU for a computer will work. Assuming you wont have very much going on inside that case (power wise). Most basic computers are running 300-350 watt PSU's.

If you search around you can probably find a thread about my car pc install. I went all out and even had a circuit wired into the ignition to turn on/off the computer. I used a mini form factor mother board. But that install is long gone at this point, but it was a lot me fun at the time.

yeah, I think I can install everything by myself and some help coming from my boy and I already have everything figured out. I just want to use the pc that I already have instead of a mini pc because it can save me some money. I also checked my desktop pc psu and it has and output of 250W, teh same as a mini pc psu, so I think I should be all set.
