So its been almost, what, 4.5 months since I took delivery on my TSX.... and i'm still in love. Tint is DEFINATELY A PLUS, but other than that, I wouldnt change a thing about it. Acura, you did good.
I just wanted to check in with everyone, see whats going on in terms of milage travelled so far... where is everyone at?
Date of Delivery: April 16, 2003
Milage Accumulated : 10,000 kms (6,250 miles)

Yikes. I might have one of the highest per-day averages on this board:
Delivery: July 16
Mileage: 4695 (in 48 days -- and I still have to drive home from work!)
The good news ... I love to drive it. The bad news ... I'll be at 100K miles in less than three years. :'(

I think I had 22km when I took delivery, if I remember right.

I figured the milage would improve as the clicks got higher and since you have a ton of clicks, I figured the 1000km per tank numbers came later, like after 15K.
I guess I was just hoping that my car starts to give me 1000km per tank.

Yes, the first tanks were not very good, though not plain horrible. I think I started going beyond 1000km/tank after 10 or 12k, but I really didn't notice at what mileage I was at, since for me it didn't matter anymore, since breaking in was already a good way back, and I didn't have to be careful anymore to watch what I was doing with the car, either red-lining it or driving at a constant speed on the cruise control.
Again, sorry. I just didn't figure you were talking about gas mileage, I thought you were wondering if since I had a pretty high amount of mileage put on the car, that I may have started with a headstart and a few hundred kms on the car at delivery.
Edit: I have a few tricks up my sleeve for good fuel economy, I think I'll post an article about it, but it's a hell of a long read. Maybe I could also just link you to that article I wrote on Honda-Tech.com. Tell me what you think.
Also, I expect the car's fuel economy to keep getting better and better all the way up to 300-400,000kms. This is based on what I experienced with my previous cars. The TSX has potential to eventually reach around 46mpg (Can).

4/23 delivery and now at 12,211 miles. I need to get back to flying but I'm enjoying driving too much.
Sauceman and oneonlie: I was feeling kinda sick about the miles but you guys are making me feel a little better.
