Looking to buy 2006 w/ 70k

I have recently fell in love with the TSX since sitting in it and placing my hands on the steering wheel and want it now. There is a 2006 AT w/ 70k & Nav fresh off a lease from someone else. The company is asking 16, what do you guys think I should pay? I haven't seen it in person but will tomorrow. Let's assume it's in good condition.

$16,000 for a TSX in excellent condition will not last long in this tight used car market. Check local car dealerships and Carmax for other 06 TSX to compare prices. Most of these places will charge $1500-$3000 more for the same vehicle. Finding another 06 TSX in excellent condition with decent mileage will be few and far between because of the poor economy (people are keeping cars longer).

How is the condition of the TSX? Good tires, clean, non-smoker car, pets/kid stains, paint condition, have both key fobs and valet key, condition of leather seats, HID work with no condensation in them, maint records, chips/cracks in windshield, original 100 month battery, no fluid leaks, everything works (navi, radio, windows, bluetooth, windshield wipers/pump, a/c, memory seats, etc...).

Any extras like aftermarket rims, cheap tires, a-spec kit, rear wing, iPod integration, modified intake, headers, etc… Would the dealership allow you to take the car to Acura or another trusted mechanic for an inspection?

I have an 06 TSX w/ navi and 77,000 miles on the odo and +5 years of ownership. Other than a few chips in the paint and windshield (NM sandy conditions), people are still impressed with my 5 years old car and how it runs and looks so good. Most folks would recommend any TSX from model years 05-08 as an excellent used car.

I would first offer a much lower price such as say $13,500. Remember you can always go up in price. I personally own a 06 tsx. It will be 5 years old in Nov. excellent car that I get compliments on. It has almost 124,000 problem free miles.

Nothing aftermarket but tint. I'm going to check it out tomorrow.

There's not really any others close by for sale at all. I've never purchased a car before so all of this is new to me which is why I'm asking questions. It's the correct color I've always wanted, exterior and interior.

Thanks. I'm going to work my bargaining skills and see what I can pull off depending on the exact condition of the car.

I think it might be alittle high considering I got a steal on my car about 6 months ago. Check craigslist as thats one of the best spots I would say
