I put it in here because it's basically spam, but I now work for the NEW Acura dealer in Austin. Read the sig. Sorry to waste your time.

I went in search of greener pastures. That is one way of putting it. Good offer on a better work environment with a solid staff. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
Thanks to all for the hope in my success.

No dealer ever really does, but I'm not a dealer. I'm just a little innocent salesperson (that just happens to be very well informed).
Thanks for a vote of confidence, though.

TLs and MDXs for now. They're pretty much sticker everywhere though. You might see a couple hundred bucks off here and there or something, but not much more than that. No reason to. They're too hot on the TL especially. You can see that this is the case when people go to edmunds. We've finally got it right with all of our cars (minus the RL...which in this case, the problem gets "fixed" this summer). TSXs aren't even in stock right now. They're sold before they even get here. Acura needs to step up just a little bit more. 15k wasn't enough, neither is 18k. They decided to produce more total units, but less of them are 6-speeds, which are higher in demand in this market. I don't know about the other regions.

There are always other variables in the equation when it comes to one-price dealers. It could be on one stock # only, or a demo, you never know. I'm not really going to waste everyone's time talking about what "shopping numbers" are. No dealer is really going to want to take that little for a TL or an MDX. I will say that MDXs are a little more flexible than TLs.
