just as the title states, is this a full bumper or an add on lip...if it is a full bumper what do u guys think about this bumper with the euro r sides n fronts 04 nbp?

that looks like the kenstyle rear bumper (not lip)

 

i love how obvious they are about their knockoff names. the Euro-R kit is the "ER" kit. the kenstyle kit is the "K-speed", and the Mugen knockoff is "Type-M."

edit: i wonder how fitment is on these. if it's good, i could be interested in the knockoff kenstyle. anyone seen a cgp kenstyle?
