What key tag number are you talking about? There is a number associated to your key which is used to order and cut a new key should you loose your original set. Is that what you are talking about?

So, I cannot make another master key even I have a master key to duplicate?

The dealer needs the key code to cut additional keys. The dealer can retrieve the key code for your car through the Honda network (with the VIN #) if you should want a new key made.
