My wife loves the C230k sedan... But I've read many of time on these threads that they are highly discounted, this quote way to high.... what do ya'll think?

I do not know where you are located but in LA, CA i got a quote for invonce on all 04 C230 sedans. If i wanted an 03 i would get it 1500 under invoice. Which still though after all the options i want and stupid as 8.25% CA tax... yes that's deadly almost 3k with license fee and such its still about 34.5k =I

BTW on edmunds the 03 C230k sedans go for just a little over invoice. So im guessing most places will sell the 04 C230k sedan for about MRSP or about a 1k below it.

Only reason its so cheap here is probably because its CA with the 8% tax and there are a lot of MB dealers competing which lowers the price quite a bit.

If you can't get the c230 at or very close to invoice, move over to another maker. Or print out the sheet at CarsDirect or Edmunds and bring in into the dealer with you.

Benz dealers are such snobs......you're lucky you even got a quote, I never even got a reply!
