Hi TSX users,

I was just wondering what are the prices you are paying for insurance in BC and what discount do you guys have. I'm asking because i'm planning on purchasing a TSX within the next coupe of weeks and i just wanted to know the insurance prices for this car.

The reason i'm asking is because my friend has a 2002 Prelude and he is paying 4000-5000 for insurance with a road star discount...

Sorry if this is a newb question because this is my first purchase for a car and i don't know what to expect.

Also another question what is a good price for a TSX and how much did you guys pay if you don't mind telling me?

yeah icbc will rape u if u drive a prelude or rsx hehe..

i m paying 2300 or so w/ 35% which is ok imho..

as for price of tsx, 1500-1800 discount is not uncommon...
pending on dealership/salesman/colour... friend of mine just got one..
he only got like 950 off, but he got a white so.. harder to get a
better deal i guess?

I paid around $2200 with 40% discount.
$1800 off MSRP @ Lougheed Acura (Good Salesmen there)
That is a huge price different between a 4 doors sedan & a 2 door couple. Good you think about the insurance cost before make any purchase, because that's what I did when I was looking for a new car before I purchase the TSX.

PS. You can go to any Auto plan broker & ask for a FREE estimate. Just let them know what car you want to buy & bring your driver license.

i bought my tsx in richmond coz i know saleman work there and he is able to give me some discount on it......

also depends on wat colour u want to buy.....for a white one is less discount......but i got about 1600 discount for my TSX....and he got me the employee price for the OEM kit........

if u want his name i can let u know.......coz i think he give u a discount

164X for 00 Accord coupe.
1000 off retail price + diamond coat + under coat (but it was 7 months ago)

yup, touch up paint is around 5 bucks, i got it from burrard acura.
