Insurance differences between TSX and TL?
I think I can get a TL over a TSX assuming my calcualtions of 80 dollars more per month is correct.
Now my question is, can I also afford the TL insurance?
How much more per 6 months is a TL over a TSX?
Can you guys give me some guesses?
Thanks...

TSX may have higher insurance. Way higher than my 02 TL even when new! Makes sense. low volume sporty car.
Not sure about new TL but may have more mature audience and that mean lower insurance overall.
TSX is not unsafe but drivers of it are younger and maybe take risks?

That's what I thought too. However, State Farm has the TSX about $10 per month more expensive... Go figure!?!?

That doesn't make any sense. If you had a total right off, it would cost the insurance company more to replace your TL than your TSX so why is is less?
Hey, I wonder if the insurance companies are using the old TL platform as their benchmark for insuring the new TL. I heard that when the TSX first came out some insurance companies didn't even have a profile on the TSX in their system.
