Installing XM Radio - WHERE to get power from?

Hi all,

I am installing an external XM radio receiver in my wife's 2004 TSX (w/NAVI) and the only challenge left is the power source. I do not want to keep the cigarette lighter open and in use all the time. I am trying to hide all wires as much as possible.
I am looking for another power source, close to the steering wheel/under dash area, where i can connect the XM power adapter. What is the best place for this?
I don't mind cutting/splicing some wires as long as they are accessible and regulated by ignition on/off position - i want the XM radio to be OFF when she takes the ignition key out.

Where can i tap for some power?

Thank you in advance!
