'Inner' bearing?

So I took the TSX to the shop today due to a groaning noise, and they diagnosed it to be a right side 'inner' bearing that needs to be replaced. They pointed it out to me and it looks like there is a bearing on the driveshaft close to the diff/tranny.

Now I dont' know much about driveshaft, but what exactly is this 'inner' bearing called? is this part of the half shaft, in other words, if I replace the half shaft will this include the 'inner' bearing? or is this on another part of the axle?

It seems like you're describing the half-shaft bearing p/n 91057-SR3-008 (25$). Bearings must be pressed into the housing so without the proper tools etc. you will need to replace the entire half-shaft assembly. Acura lists two p/ns: 44500-SDA-A00 and 44500-SEA-900. Both are about $200 and I'm not sure what the difference is.
