I'm picking mine up right NOW.
I'm sitting in the waiting area of Rick Case Acura while my plate's being moved.
They offer Web access so I can share my joy in REAL TIME.
I'll be driving home in mere MINUTES.
Later.

Sorry for the delay. I've been, well, driving a lot. I put nearly 400 miles the first two days.
The car:
Carbon Gray, ebony, 6MT, no navi. It had 10 miles on the odo.
I ordered the body kit but only 2 of the 4 pieces were in stock. They should come in and be installed within a week.
Got the car tinted Saturday. 20% on sides, 30% on back.
The pictures:
Not yet. Our digital camera was stolen (with our rental car) two weeks ago in Connecticut. As soon as I get it replaced by the insurance, I'll snap some and post.
The experience:
The car is so sweet, so smooth. I don't want to just repeat the same stuff I've read from you guys but it's all true. All of it.
I'd done 3 test drives prior but it's even better than I remembered. The damn thing is so silky and nimble. Acceleration is so fluid. Driving it makes me feel like a Master of the Universe.
Now the highway cliché. C'mon, say it with me:"I thought I was doing 50 and but the speedometer showed 95." Staying within the break-in revs is TORTURE.
I've got a pretty bad back and the lumbar support makes this seat REALLY comfortable. This screams "roadtrip".
One disappointing thing, though. Nobody's checking out the car. Maybe my expectations were too high from your comments. Maybe I'm just looking too hard. Not that it's important, it just sounds fun.
After I took my dad out for a drive I showed him this forum. He was impressed with the car and the site.
My sales guy told me a (seemingly) new thing. Twisting the key in the door lock lets you roll the windows up or down. Cool, huh?
To sum up: I've never been this happy in a car (dressed, at least). You know how you felt on the last day of school every year? That what being in this car is like every time.

Welcome to the club! (As it were.) I guess we can say congrats for the second time.
Yeah, damn rotten speedometer!
About people not checking it out: I've found that mostly it's while the car is parked, or getting gas, that we get the looks (and comments). Once in a while it does happen on the road -- and it's a fun thing, because usually the people have real neat wheels themselves (usually BMW's, in my experience), and ALWAYS they have either this big smile, or a "private eye" look.
Give it a little time!
