So here's the plan of action based on what you've said:

1) Scrape/Goof Off the Yellow paint on the bumper and use touch up paint/langka to get rid of any scratches.

2) Try Dry Ice to pop out the dent

3) If that didn't work, take off the bumper and pop out the dent from behind.

4) If that didn't work, $2K at the body shop.
A skilled detailer could get most of the scratches and rubs out. This happened to me a few years back when my mother backed into my car

I didnt have any denting so I was lucky I didnt have to get any body work done.

Thanks for the link joerockt. Good stuff. I don't have a PC, but even if I have to pay to get it detailed that'd be a lot cheaper than the body shop...assuming I can get the dent out.

I Goof Off.

Tomorrow I'll do the touch up and langka (which I ironically had ordered earlier the day of the accident to fix a couple much more minor scratches).

I think I'm going to need to take the bumper off because part of the gap is the dent, but part of it is the bumper has popped out a little bit. I couldn't just snap it back in, so I need to see exactly what's going on back there.

Agreed. Don't forget, it's a $20K+ automobile; fix it right.
