Yes,
I paid almost over 500$ for gas in 1 f.....month!!
daaamnn.... 4100kilometers (i dont know how many miles is this) but gas here in europe is like 1 EURO per LITER (95 SUPER)
I have 2.0 motor with 155 HP (the lowest one) and eats about 8LITERS per 100KILOMETERS...
but still you can be really happy since the gas in US is really cheap about 2x times!!
anyway...I pust my car to max...in first of the five gear...and it comes only to 7.000RPM....how much can get ACURA TSX 2.4 before you will hear the blocking system...)))
let me know and sorry about my english, I hope youll understand what i meant to say

8 liter/100 kilometer is not bad. That's about 30 mile-per-gallon isn't it? But you do have a 2 liter engine instead of our 2.4. I guess 1.) you drove a lot, 4100 km or 2600 miles; 2.) gas is more expensive where you are.

Our K24-powered accord is also about an 7-8L/100km car (on highways, more like 10 in the city) although sauceman has managed an incredible 5.6L/100km at 90kph. I am not surprised at all that the 155hp 2L motor doesn't get significantly better fuel consumption than the 205hp 2.4 on the highway, because when we are both cruising on the highway we are using about the same amount of power (more like 20hp than 200) as the aerodynamics are the same.
The redline on our car is drawn at 7100rpm but fuel cutoff is at 7300rpm normally.
