How's your 2004 TSX running these days?
Hi all,
Haven't been on here in a while. I picked up my Milano Red / Parchment interior TSX in January 2004. I still love this sweet car.
A year and a half later no problems, and still looking great.

Can't wait to drive
Runs great! No stupid rattle (except the one that I caused myself after installing a headunit) that other people mentioned. Just got new summer tires, so it drives excellent. I almost have 25k miles on it.

After 13 mth and 25000km, I got a-pillar rattle and wrap rotors and I am very upset! Honda should be perfect! This is the first time I am having issues on Honda after owning 13yr and a total of 270000km on Hondas....(Civic Si --> Prelude --> TSX). I am really pissed off but once I rev the engine and shift a couple of gears, the smile and the love are get back to my face!

Runs great and no rattles. Got mine in May 2003 and have 39800 miles. 2 small problems...
1. Chrome on front grill chipped pretty bad as well as paint on front of hood and front bumper
2. "Auto" feature in navi that reverses the nav screen when you turn on the headlights isn't working. "local" dealer is 1hr 15min away. I'll get it fixed before warranty goes out.
Otherwise, I've been tickled and continue to be every day!

After 2 yrs and 4 months (28,000mi), it's running great. Annoying little problems, like rattles (fixed), center console (not latching), rotor warp, etc. But all in all, a great car.
pcsvic, you should try turning down the dash light dimmer one click (it can't be on max) and then the auto darkening feature for the navi screen will work when you turn on your headlights. Took me a while to track that one down.

hey man, there was a service bulletin issued for squeaky breaks a while ago (at least in Canada). Apparently, some earlier vin #s had faulty pads (including mine) that squeaked constantly. Go to your dealer and get them to bring the bulletin up. They'll replace your pads with new "noise-reduced" ones. Worked like a charm for me.

Got her August 2004, going on around 31000mi's (Yes, 31000mi's - I drive alot in LA). Not one problem! Only issue I've had is with the LED turn signal on the right mirror, it had to replaced recently because it failed to blink, was replaced under warranty without question by the fine people at Sierra Acura in Alhambra.

There's a little knob on the dash that controls the intensity of light. IF you have it turned all the way up, the navi wont dim when you turn the lights on.

I've had my car for over a year and a half and this car has been in the shop way more then my Integra ever was. As of right now my car as been at the dealer for just over two weeks trying to get the rear alignment camber issue solved. Its also in there for the loud clicking clutch pedal problem, and they haven't even looked at that problem yet. So lets just say that I'm not a happy camper with this car anymore. I might have some stuff for sale from my car soon.

I have the same rear camber problem (close to -2.00) but I just left it alone. Car has no pull whatsoever when I'm driving.
I also have that minor click in the clutch pedal, but I got used to it and was too lazy to get to the dealer to fix it.

2 years and 3 months for me and it's still running fine. My maintenance light is coming on again so I think it's time for some scheduled maintenance. Will probably go in for the 40k maintenance soona s I have about 37000+ miles on the car.
