How to put on L.E.D.S over the license plate?

I want to replace my stock license plate light for white LEDs. How can i change it out? where can i purchase the proper LEDs' for this mod?

Polarg's J62. Use a flat head screw driver to pry the covers down. I'll post some pics once I take some. They look like the Lexus IS' plate lights.

Probably not worth the hassle to you, but I made this before LEDs were used on cars:

It's about $1 worth of components.

I did it on mine, its the only mod I've done and it looks great! It looks more OEM than a mod. It looks just like the Lexus lights.
