here's what I do for a 1st step when evaluating a deal... go to automotive.com and do a search of that year/model/make and your zip code. Look at the dealer listings of TSXs with similar mileages (and nav) and see how they are generally priced. This way, you can see how most of the dealers in your area are generally pricing other similar TSXs so you can make comparisons.
I think it sounds reasonable... actually I think it sounds pretty good. I'd say if you like that car, and its the color you want, and you like 5AT w/ nav, then get it.
have it inspected first

That mileage is way too high for an 08. I would look into why it's so high. Sounds like it was a rental or something since my car that is an 08 right now has 13K miles. It would be a good price if it had lower miles, at least low 20's. You can get that price in my area with navi with about 14K miles on it and CPO etc. I would talk them down in the price a lot if you really like it esp now since they wanna clear their lots and that is high.
I agree with looking for comps in your area and surrounding areas to show that you can get a better deal and talk em down.

I don't think the mileage is unreasonable, expecially if the car was first purchased at the beginning of '08 or at the very end of '07. I put 30k on my TSX the first year I owned it. I did a lot of driving.

I bought a car that was in service 16 months, 35,000 miles, CPO, for a bit less than that, in 2007. Definitely get a used car price report from Consumer REports (it will show variances for mileage), to be sure what to shake hands on; they should be providing a Carfax report, too, to see the date of first service[1] (don't know why it isn't on their site, local dealers do that). CPO means there should be nothing wrong with it, in "sorta like new" condition.
Know that CPO cars roughly rate a 7% - 9% increase in price (according to CR), so if you can get it for normal dealer price or lower, you're doing well. 1800 miles a month average for a daily driver in some areas isn't unreasonable.
Frankly, with the CPO warranty extension, those miles, fully loaded, it'll be a nice ride. If you want to get the extended warranty on top of the CPO extension, specify AcuraCare, not the dealer's extension.
My dealer gave me a brochure with the Acura logo, saying "Acura Extended Warranty," but it wasn't AcuraCare. :P
[1] Date of first service is the start date for the factory and CPO warranties.
