How to Import Speed-Dial/Contacts to hands-free link

Hello TSXers,
How do I input speed-dial numbers or just a couple of contact numbers into the hands-free link system?
I called Acura Hands Free Link Customer Service at 1-888-528-7876 but no one there is picking up...if anyone can assist I would appreciate it.
