how do i rotate my tires?

how do i rotate my tires?
stock wheels/tires. should i put the passenger side rear wheel up to the driver side front zig-zagging.. or should i put the passenger side rear up to the passenger side front?

FR->RR
FL->RL
RR->FL
RL->FR

(but only if your tires are symmetrical -- if you see a "direction of rotation" arrow on the tires you cannot do this)
