Those aren't turn signals are you talking about the corner lights or parking lights.
our turn signals inside can be smoked but you need to crack open the lens
the clear corners are jdm lens.

Well there are really only three options.
1. You can purchase 2006-up JDM headlights from www.heeltoeauto.com.
2. Bake your OEM headlights, seperate the housing and place tint over the orange "cap".
3. Bake your OEM headlights, seperate the housing and remove the orange "cap" all together.
I did #3 to my JDM headlights and ended up with this.

Moved to TSX Discussion since this has nothing to do with performance.
You also may want to check out your state state law. There may be color requirements for the turn signal and side marker lights.
