Houston 06 TSX with NAV

Hi all,

I'm deciding between 06 TSX and 05/06 TL right now, AT with NAV. Haven't had time to go out for a test drive yet, but maybe I'll go with a TSX (for 5K less) .... Anyway, I have an appointment with Champions next week and will decide then.

I got an internet quote from Gillman for an 06 TSX auto with NAV - $29,490.
When I told the guy that price is way too high compare to invoice & destination charge, he sent me a link to Edmund, in which "What Others Are Paying" for TSX AT/NAV is $29,400. So, he said his price is fair

I know that they will lower the price once I come to see them, but how much do you think I should pay? Anybody in Houston grab a TSX with invoice price? It's March now so the price should go down a little, right?

Thanks

Talk to Michael Rollinson at Sterling McCall Acura. He's the internet sales manager and can work some really good deals on slow months.

I know everyone says to avoid Sterling McCall because thier prices arent that good, trust me its a myth. I bought mine from there after a full month of negotiations. John Eagle's internet manager dropped out of the talks because of time and price, Michael stuck with me and truely earned my business after I could wrestle out the absolute lowest price in Houston from him.

Im not supposed to mention my price I paid. Michael and I got chewed out by the GM of the dealership over the pricing I got. The GM initially refused to do the deal because the price was too low. I tracked thier inventory for 6 months and knew how many they were selling, etc. I told the manager backing out of a deal would seriously sour any relationship I, my friends and family have with Acura and especially thier dealership. I also mentioned I would gladly rant and share my experience on several internet forums with hundreds of thousands of members. The deal got done, and I had to swear not to reveal my price ever to anyone. Also that deal in no way has compromised thier level of service and attention to me, I absolutely love my Acura and that dealership's level of service. I have 2 other friends who purchased thier TSXs from John Eagle and are happy with thier deals, but they do not rave about thier dealer's service like I do.

I can say that I got an 05/AT/Navi drive out with TT&L included for lower than your quoted price. I also got a couple of extras thrown in like wheel locks, 3 free oil changes, etc. Guys you need to specify if your prices are before or after TT&L.
