Helpful details about our keys
I was poking around looking up details about our keys on the FCC website and found the following details amongst other stuff:
USDM Accord Key:
Manufacturer: OMRON
Transmit frequency: 313.8Mhz - 313.9Mhz
CPU: 8 Bit (Manfu. by NEC)
Bit Rate: 1000bps to 2000bps
Transmission: Consists of a synchronous frame and a data frame. The synchronous frame consists of 324 bit codes telling the receiver to wake up. The data frame consists of 28 bit length identification code, 24 bit security code, 4 bit function code and an 8 bit check code (sometimes). There are 16000000 different identification codes. Transmission is about 220 milliseconds
TL Switchblade Key:
Manufacturer: OMRON
Transmit frequency: 313.85Mhz
No other details printed yet
If someone has the FCC ID on the back of their TSX fob, go to https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/c...GenericSearch. and search the info.
EDIT: add c-f-m (minus the dashes) to the end of the link above. Won't recognize it no matter what I try.
EDIT: I just did a search on OUCG8D (the first 6 characters in the FCC IDs) and came back with a bunch of results.
