I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this new dealership in Cleveland, OH? It is the new Jay Wolfe Acura of Cleveland between I-71 and I-480. I have been driving a long distance to go to the one in Akron, because there was only one in Cleveland before and my experiences there were horrible - so I decided to buy my TSX from the Akron Acura dealership and I have been receiving service from them also. Though I have been very pleased with the Akron people, it is still far away. Now that there is a new one in Cleveland, I am hoping that the new one would have much more polite sales people than the older one in Cleveland, and a great service deparment, too! Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I went the same route as you did. I first tried Motorcars Acura and found the salespeople to be very rude and unwilling to deal. So I bought my TSX at Park and was very pleased. But I live on the west side of Cleveland and don't like driving all the way to Akron for service. But I haven't heard anything about the Acura of Cleveland dealership and I'm getting close to my first oil change.

Hey, I got my first Oil change at Acura of Cleveland and they were great. Didn't even care that I bought my car at a different dealership. They also fixed the windshield creak and promised to pull out he enitre windshield and reset it if the problem came back. I would definelty reccomend them.
