Grassroots Motorsports Mag. Cover Story of Speed World Challenge

The June 2004 issue of this magazine has a very good cover article that summarizes the basics of this series, such as the differences between the Touring and GT classes, and lists the cars that run in each of the two classes, and how points are allocated. The REWARDS program and weight assignments are explained> I figure since most of us are watching to see how Kleinubing fares (especially after his last DNF. ugh.).

It discusses the costs to field an entry, and there is a "anatomy of a Touring/GT car" diagram.

I don't have a scanner, but if I have plenty of server space, so if anyone wants to scan and have me host them, PM me.

I was going to mention it here when I got it in the mail a couple weeks ago but since there really wasn't much on the TSX I decided not to. There were some good shots of the RTR RSX tho. My scanner is fubar'd so I'll take some pics...

OK, the scanner is back from the dead. Well considering there are 14 scans, I might as well whore this one out a bit...

Thats it!

If you haven't read this magazine yet, I strongly suggest you thumb through it the next time your at the book store. I'm a long time subscriber and the issues are getting better all the time.

If you blink you'll miss the little blurb on the TSX in image 8.

That RSX has some pretty nice goodies on there. I'm liking the rear anti-roll bar and brace combo and I've never seen rotors like that before.
