Got my TSX, plus 6-speed/5-speed comparo
Ok, so I finally got my CGP/Ebony/6-sp/Navi on Saturday and I absolutely love it. Only problem is the dealer forgot to put on the rear spoiler, so the rep wrote up a "we-owe" form and made an appointment for me to bring it in this morning to have it installed. He even said he'd throw in a tank of gas for the inconvenience.
So, of course I had to take it out to make sure I got my pennies' worth on that free gas! I spent the weekend really getting to know the car; I love the gearbox and I've found there's much more power on tap in places I didn't really expect. I'm used to driving my mom's WRX and now Legacy GT, so I'm used to nothing, nothing BAM!!! nothing... I love winding the TSX all the way out and still having power. Did I mention the gearbox is awesome?
The only thing I had a little trouble with in the beginning was, surprisingly, the gas pedal. At first I thought I was bouncing around in 1st because I wasn't used to the clutch... Then I realized the bottom-hinged pedal has a way different feel than the pedals in the WRX/Legacy and my old Jeep Cherokee (duh). As soon as I figured out that I needed to apply more, consistent pressure and not use as light a touch as I'm used to, I was good to go.
As far as the Nav system - I really like it. A LOT. One of my friends asked why I thought I needed it, since I'm always good with directions, and I told him it's because I hate making even ONE wrong turn. I'm completely enamored with having an on-screen map all the time... And the spoken/displayed directions are pretty damn cool too.
Wasn't sure how much I would use the voice-commands, but I've found that for some things (AC Off, CD Play Disc X) I prefer the voice command to paging through menus (and yes, I realize are fewer buttons to press without nav, but I have nav and like it so )
Not so sure how I feel about XM yet -- sound quality is good (of course) but I haven't been bowled over by the playlists on some channels and it cuts out on me way too often to justify spending the dough when the trial runs out. Who knows, though, maybe by then I'll get addicted -- still checking it out.
Lastly, this morning when I dropped my car off to have the spoiler installed, I got a Silver '05, 5AT, no navi as a loaner. After driving it to work I was *immediately* displeased. To me, the slushbox makes the car feel bloated and just, 'meh'. The car completely lost its charm, pep, sportiness and fun. I messed around with the sport shift (or whatever it's called) a little bit, but it just wasn't the same... I thought the car's shifts in manu-matic mode felt rougher than mine (and I'm certainly not the world's best clutch driver... yet... ). The loaner doesn't have Nav, either, and it just made the dash look chintzy and incomplete. Overall, it simply wasn't as fun as the 6-sp. No offense to 5AT drivers or no-navi owners, it's just my impression from 'stepping down.' I guess it's kind of like going from a 42" plasma display to a 19" black and white TV
Whew, long post, I know. Anyway, I'm really really happy with the car, and I'm sure I'm going to be even happier when I pick it up this afternoon. Thanks to everyone around here; this community is awesome, and definitely helped my decision to go with the TSX. And it's a decision I'm extremely glad I made.

Yeah, I too had some trouble with the gas pedal initially. It's really responsive and consistency is the way to go. I came from a Mitsu Eclipse and you floor it or give it no gas essentially. Switching to the TSX was bumpy at first

If your car is new you shouldn't be winding it all the way out till you hit 600 miles according to the manual.
I personally like the Non-Navi dash better but wish we had navi for the other features like XM info and Trip conputers.
I have a PDA with as much navi functionality as the honda system and I can move it from car to car so we opted out of the Navi and saved $1300.

I knew I was forgetting to post something.
You are properly breaking your car in, aren't you?
