I've been to a place called Pacific Coast Autobody. It's down off of Miramar a couple of lights from the 805 interchange. They did a pretty good job on my jetta when it was in an accident. What kind of work do you need done? just bodywork? I dealt with a guy named Zeke there since he was the Allstate handler, looks like a guy from ZZTop. They do seem to do a lot of insurance claims there and are pretty busy, so at least the insurance companies like them, i don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing =)

Actually Pacific Coast Autobody shares a building and I think is affiliated with a motorsports shop. I always got to gawk at the suped up cars there while my car was being fixed. I guess i'm not providing much help since this isn't really a recommendation to go there though since I've never dealt with that side of the business. Ah well, maybe someone else will come up with a real recommendation =)
